Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at safehavenkeychaincompany@gmail.com. A return address will be given once a return inquiry is made.

If your return is accepted, customers are responsible for the shipping label and paying for return shipping. Instructions on how and where to send your package will be given at the time of return request. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be refunded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 3 days from the date the tracking number stated it was delivered to report defective or damaged products.

Exchanges
Please send us an email at safehavenkeychaincompany@gmail.com with any exchange requests. Exchange requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be issued store credit in the amount of the original item paid for. Taxes and shipping costs will not be included in the store credit amount. Refunds to original payment methods will only be issued on a case-by-case basis. If a refund is issued, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We are not responsible for the length of time it takes for banks and credit card companies to post refunded amounts. If more than 20 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at safehavenkeychaincompany@gmail.com.
