Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All orders over $75 are eligible for free shipping.
Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days (depending on location and shipping method selected).
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States of America. If you have questions about shipping to your location, feel free to contact us.
Local Delivery Locations
We only offer Local Delivery for friends and family. If you choose the Local Delivery option at checkout without prior authorization, the order will be cancelled and store credit issued.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Delays
Shipping delays can occasionally occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Responsibility
We are not responsible for packages after they have been shipped. Please contact your local delivery service (USPS, UPS, etc.) directly if there are any problems with shipping and delivery and report the package missing, if applicable. We are not responsible after shipping and cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for items that were lost after shipping.
If the incorrect address if input at checkout and gets shipped back due to insufficient address, you will be given store credit minus the shipping cost.
